1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the bk33apk platform available at https://bk33apk.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bk33apk", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the bk33apk platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bk33apk. They govern all aspects of your interaction with the Platform, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, participating in promotions, and communicating with our support team.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bk33apk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk33apk does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or engage with any gaming content on the Platform. This restriction is absolute and admits of no exceptions.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bk33apk services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment functions — you must create a registered account via the bk33apk Login page. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address, contact email address, and mobile phone number. bk33apk reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk33apk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bk33apk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

bk33apk cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted on your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing prior to that activity occurring.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the bk33apk platform. If bk33apk identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, device identifier, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — bk33apk reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any associated bonus balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk33apk platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bk33apk supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bk33apk account promptly upon successful processing by your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. bk33apk does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bk33apk bears no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and will be returned where practicable, or held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your bk33apk account, or to a bank account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

bk33apk aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification requirements. bk33apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts where active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, unless you have opted to forfeit any remaining bonus balance. Please refer to the Bonuses & Promotions section for further details.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal

A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all accounts. The current minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within your bk33apk account dashboard. bk33apk reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk33apk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by bk33apk are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount. This means the specified total must be wagered on eligible games or betting markets before the bonus — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. 5.2 Eligible Games & Bets

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bk33apk takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms will have their bonus balances voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed. bk33apk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on bk33apk is governed by a combination of these general Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on bk33apk covers a wide range of pre-match and in-play markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, badminton, hockey, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at which it was struck are fixed and will not be subsequently altered to your detriment.

bk33apk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, or where the result of the event is already known at the time the bet was placed. Void bets are returned at stake with no winnings paid.

6.2 Live Casino & Table Games

Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and game shows — are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All live games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the individual game as explained by the live dealer or on-screen instructions. Results of all live games are final once the dealer has announced the outcome.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games available on bk33apk operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average payout and is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. 6.4 Disconnection Policy

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bk33apk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or using different personal details
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation
• Allowing any other person to access or use your bk33apk account, or accessing another player's account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of corrupt betting activity
• Laundering money or using the bk33apk platform for any financial transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk33apk staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the bk33apk platform
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Account Closure & Suspension

bk33apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete required identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where continued operation of the account would present a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the closure of their bk33apk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by sending a written request to the support email address listed on this platform. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bk33apk will process any remaining real-money balance in your account — after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to the platform — and transfer it to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling on bk33apk may activate the self-exclusion tool available within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of one month to a permanent exclusion option. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to your account, place any bets, or receive promotional communications from bk33apk. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. bk33apk will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy policy takes effect. bk33apk reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is displayed within the account settings area. The applicable fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

The bk33apk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, bk33apk makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk33apk, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures or connectivity issues; inaccuracies in odds or game results caused by data feed errors; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidential credentials; or any interruption in service caused by maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bk33apk's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In all cases where liability is established, bk33apk's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk33apk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

bk33apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the bk33apk platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bk33apk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
